長屋課題で設計した、音楽学生のためのシェアハウスに贈る椅子。

大きく吹き抜けた開放感のある空間にあるため、包み込まれてゆったりと長い時間を楽に過ごす事が出来るデザインとした。

後ろの脚のみにアールをつけ、その床から伸びる脚がアームに沿って人の周りを流れ、また次へと繋がっていく音楽の様を表した。

「楽-Raku-」は、音楽学生と共に音楽や楽しみを紡いでいく椅子となる。

This chair is designed for music student’s share house that I have designed in the previous Nagaya project. The share house is designed with many double-height areas and therefore the chair is designed to give a wrapped up impression where people can feel comfortable with the spacious house and the warmth of the chair. The back legs of the chair are curved up to the arm rest and surround the user to conveys the impression of how music continues in rhythms.

The chair “Raku” is a chair that connect the music students together with the fun in music.
