ダイニングチェアと並べた際に、揃いのデザインとなっている様子から「W chair」と名付けた。使わない時はダイニングチェアの下に収納することができる。

椅子のパーツ同士が互いを支え合うような強弱をつけ、家族の象徴となる椅子を目指した。
