富士スピードウェイの近くに建つ、レーサーのための集合住宅に置くダイニングチェア。スピード感を追求し、家でくつろぐ時にもレースの余韻を感じられるようなデザインとした。レース前の緊張がほぐれリラックスできるよう、座面はクッション張りとした。「wing」というタイトルは、レーシングカーの種類のひとつであるウイングカーからとり、アームの形が翼に見えることから名付けた。

The dinning chair “Wing” is designed to be used in a racer’s apartment near Fuji speedway. The name of the chair comes from the type of racing car called “wing car” where the arms of the car are shaped like wings. The chairs is designed for the racers to feel the speed of the race even when they are relaxing in their houses. And with a comfortable cushion, the racers are to be well rested for their coming race.
